Phase 1: MVP Development and Community Engagement 🔄⏳:

• Launch the initial version of the event calendar.

• Integrate account system based on basic wallet login functionality.

• Engage the community in testing and gathering feedback.

Phase 2: Expanded Features and Discord Bot Integration🔄⏳:

• Add Discord bot integration for event adding and tracking.

• Onboard initial Ergo project partners on the platform.

• Add more advanced features to the calendar.

Phase 3: Quests🔄⏳:

• Introduce a basic rewards system for event participation and quest completion.

• Develop on-chain reward mechanisms using $ERG or project-specific tokens.

• Continue expanding quests and refining the leaderboard system based on feedback.

Phase 4: Open Source and Long-Term Sustainability🔄⏳:

• Open-source the ONERGO codebase and establish a community contribution process.

• Finalize sponsorship deals and partnerships to sustain rewards and development.

• Launch an extensive educational series on the Ergo ecosystem through advanced quests.
